Frequently Asked Questions
How long does algorithm deployment take?
Once process and historical data analysis is complete, an initial model can be built. The shadow system is expected to be deployed within two weeks, running online in real time and interacting with your existing software systems.
Who decides whether targets are met?
Baseline and KPIs are agreed before signing. After the trial, a report is issued from actual DCS data, and you may invite a third party to verify it.
Will going live affect production safety?
In the early stage, the algorithm runs as a shadow system in parallel with your existing control system, and its decisions are reviewed by human experts before being entered into the control system. After a period of validation, the algorithm can gradually be given more decision authority.
What does our company need to invest?
Data access, a project contact, and necessary onsite cooperation — no hardware or software costs.
How is data security ensured?
The system is deployed on-premises by default, so production data stays within your company under your own control and management. Any data access, usage, and necessary cloud collaboration are governed by authorization scopes and security requirements set out in the agreement, keeping your data secure.
